Sales Lead (remote position for 3Keys USA)
We are looking for a goal-driven, self-motivated, and ambitious Sales Lead to bring in new business and manage existing clients.
You must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The environment is very fast-paced and deadline oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Research prospects, set meetings, create, and give sales presentations, and ultimately build strong business relationships with new clients in key locations.
- Source new sales opportunities through lead follow-up and daily prospecting
- Understand customer needs and overcome objections
- Close sales in order to achieve or surpass monthly quotas
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects
- Successfully build a pipeline and close deals
- Take initiative and offer insight in generating new leads
- Keep your CRM up to date – the selected candidate will be extremely comfortable with CRM systems and using them daily to log calls, input new targets and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Ambitious self-starter with the drive to succeed
- Proven sales experience
- Strong phone presence and comfortable prospecting
- Must have a grasp of Lead Generation strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Easily adapt to a changing environment
- Must be a team player
Requirements:
- Good understanding of track-and-trace solutions and regulations
- More than 5 years’ experience in Life Science industry, specifically supply chain areas
- General understanding of enterprise IT systems
- Understanding of processes, data and regulatory reporting
- Familiarity with GS1 standards
- Ability to interact with customer executives, and participation in industry events
Salary:
$70,000 – $100,000 base salary plus commissions based on experience
Travel:
Travel may be required up to 50% depending on circumstances
